Our Training Process

Getting started is easy:

  • Schedule an Individual or Small Group Training session

  • Our coaches will analyze your current performance level including sprint technique, overall body strength, and injury risks

  • Monthly plans and packages available to support consistent training

  • Monthly testing to ensure you’re on track
